How do I apply?
How long does it take to access funds?
We release the funds within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.
What do I need to qualify?
- Copy of ID.
- Proof of Residence (Not older than 3 months).
- 3 Months of Bank Statements.
- All Relevant Signed Paperwork.
What if you don't work with my attorney?
We will contact the attorney and request the necessary information in order to assist you.
How much can I apply for?
It will be case dependent, please contact us for further information.
Do you advance funds to estate agents?
Yes – we can advance up to 70% of your commission.
Are there monthly costs on my advance?
No. We will be repaid in full by your attorney when the transfer takes place.
How are costs calculated?
Calculated based on the amount advanced and the number of days outstanding.

Claim has been settled directly with RAF?

RAF Advances
Waiting for a Road Accident Fund (RAF) settlement to be paid? Get access to funds within 24 hours. The RAF is designed to compensate road accident victims and their dependants. However, compensationcan can take months. Legally, The RAF has 180 days to complete this process.
During the waiting period, you can get bridging finance against the value of your RAF claim. With a RAF bridging loan, you can secure an advance against the value of the compensation you’ve been awarded. Our application process is quick and simple, and we pay out your funds upon application approval.
Once the RAF pays your attorney, your attorney will repay Opes Financial Servises on your behalf.
